Job Title- Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Location - Phoenix,AZ

Pay rate- $40/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the Aerospace business.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop effective corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB), Clear To Build reports and related planning tools.
• Utilize SAP to analyze supply chain data, track project milestones, and support operational decision-making.
• Develop project tracking mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support problem-solving activities and facilitate cross-functional alignment to resolve operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong SAP experience with the ability to analyze and manage supply chain data.
• Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) reports & Clear To Build reports
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics.
• Continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
