Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university
Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements
Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
At least one year student teaching or approved internship
Master's degree in Government and Economics(History/Social studies). Must be able to teach Dual credit/studies through EPCC.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of core academic subject assigned
Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to instruct student and manage their behavior
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
