Job Summary SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Text Chat Operators to join our growing customer support team. In this role, you will engage with customers through live text-based chat platforms, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via text chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues through chat support. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain high-quality standards in communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Update customer records and document interactions accurately. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions at once. Fast typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred). Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Basic technical knowledge of using chat platforms, email, and CRM tools. Customer-centric attitude with a friendly and professional approach. Experience Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of customer service or chat support experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Working Hours Flexible work schedule with part-time and full-time options available. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
