Schedule:

• Monday - Friday typically 6am - 2:30pm (varies based on job)
• 40 hours per week

Job Summary

Pro-Duct, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork and is comfortable working from mechanical drawings and project specifications.

This position is responsible for the installation, assembly, and modification of sheet metal duct systems on commercial construction projects. Candidates should take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and be able to work effectively as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including rectangular and round duct systems
• Assemble and connect duct sections, fittings, transitions, dampers, registers, and related components
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and duct layouts
• Measure, cut, assemble, and modify sheet metal as needed
• Install duct hangers, supports, and related hardware
• Seal duct joints and connections to ensure proper system performance
• Install and work around HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems
• Coordinate installation activities with HVAC technicians and other construction trades
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other job-site equipment
• Inspect completed work for proper alignment, support, and workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements
• Perform other duties related to HVAC sheet metal installation as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must have OSHA certification
• Previous experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork preferred
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and duct installation techniques
• Familiarity with common hand tools and power tools used in HVAC construction
• Ability to work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and work overhead for extended periods

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years: HVAC/Supply Duct Installer
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus
