Pay Range: $100 HOURLY (negotiable based on experience)
Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (n/a)
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
